A message to all of our guests



These are challenging times, now more than ever it is important for you to know where you stand financially and flexibly when booking your next alpine holiday with us.  To feel safe when booking we have prepared fair and flexible booking terms for your peace of mind. Please read through this page detailing our current booking and operating conditions in light of the current circumstances.

We are lowering our deposits to 20% rather than 30% when making a booking.

Deposit payments for all travel up to and including the 15th September 2020 will be 50% refundable in the case that you cannot travel due to Covid 19 international restrictions. For all travel after the 15th September 2020 deposits remain non refundable but we will transfer this credit to another date for up to 12  months. 


Balance payments for all travel up to and including the 15th September 2020 are as follows;

-Bookings up to 7 nights in duration balance payments are due  2 weeks prior to arrival.

​-Bookings over 7 nights in duration balance payments are due 4 weeks prior to arrival.

For all bookings for travel after the 15th September 2020 our standard terms and conditions apply, balance payments will be due 8 weeks before arrival.


Safety measures


All of our properties will be cleaned and disinfected thoroughly before your arrival according to the Covid-19 guidelines.

Housekeeping will not be included as standard unless otherwise requested.


Instead of our standard personal chalet tour this will be replaced with a comprehensive virtual tour to limit contacts as per government guidelines.

Detailed chalet & activity manuals as well as online resources will be enhanced to ensure that you continue to make the most of your stay with us in Chamonix or Megève.
