If the Client wishes to cancel his stay at a Property, in principle no refund will be issued to the Client. The Agency will systematically recommend a travel insurance policy be contracted by the Client in order to cover for a possible cancellation of stay. A Client will also be liable for any charges incurred by the Agency in cancelling any special requests already booked by the Client.
However, in the event of a health crisis (similar to the recent “Covid 19” crisis), if confinement measures are put in place at the national level and / or at the level of the Haute-Savoie department, and / or at the level of the commune of Chamonix Mont-Blanc/Megève, and are such that the Client is unable to travel and get to the Property, the following conditions will then apply:
a. In the event of a cancellation request sent by the Client to the Agency more than 30 (thirty) days before the start date of a booking, the Client may then request from the Agency a full refund of the sums paid for the rental or accept a postponement of his stay for a maximum period of twelve (12) months under the same pricing conditions already concluded;
b. In the event of a cancellation request sent by the Client to the Agency 30 (thirty) days or less before the start date of a booking, no refund will then be made to the Client by the Agency. However, the Agency will offer the Client a postponement of his stay for a maximum period of twelve (12) months under the same price conditions already concluded.
