Chalet Operations Couple
We are recruiting for a couple (or two friends) for a role this winter with the option to continue through until next summer.
Position 1
* Client facing chalet manager covering our portfolio of luxury chalets in the Chamonix Valley.
* Scheduling & management (including recruitment) of our housekeeping team
* Chalet preparation for client arrivals and chalet changeovers between clients.
* Management of chalet linen, chalet products and client pre-arrival shopping covering the Chamonix Valley.
Position 2 (this list is not exhaustive)
* Responsible for all maintenance across our portfolio of luxury chalets (must have the necessary skills and experience for this role).
* Management of all jacuzzi’s and swim spas.
* Help with chalet changeover days (cleaning and bed linen changes)
* General property management/maintenance. Testing of chalet equipments
Chef & Hostess Couple
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a talented Chef and Hostess couple to join our luxury chalet collection in the stunning Chamonix Valley.
As a Chef in some of Chamonix’s most prestigious properties, your role involves producing delectable breakfasts, afternoon teas, evening canapés, and gourmet dinners. You will be tasked with upholding food safety and hygiene regulations, managing your inventory, and delivering exceptional service to our guests.
Our approach is highly personalised, allowing you to adjust your menu to suit the preferences of our guests.
The Chef position is both fulfilling and challenging, necessitating your ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively, employing your initiative to adapt quickly and plan strategically.
Chalet Hosts are key to providing an exceptional guest experience and ensuring our exquisite properties are well-maintained. Responsibilities include preparing breakfast where needed, maintaining impeccable housekeeping standards, overseeing front-of-house duties such as serving meals and beverages, lighting fires, and attending to every guest’s needs to ensure a memorable stay. Preference will be given to candidates with a previous knowledge of the Chamonix Valley.
